several breasts of chicken, salted
1 cup rice
1/3 cup butter melted
1/4 cup milk
1 can organic cream of mushroom
1 can organic cream of chicken
1 can sliced mushrooms
Heat oven to 300. Place chicken on bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients and cover over chicken. Cover dish with foil. Bake 2 hours.
Our kids love this dish but it used to be made with cream of chicken, celery or mushroom (all have wheat). So, I substituted cream of potato and yum! They love it just as much!

I have a question about the cr of potato soup. Which brand did you use? I checked out Campbell's and it said it had wheat flour in it. Did you find a brand without flour??
