DELETED: no need for potato flour
1 cup quick oats
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter
We also added some apple juice to thin them down and add some more flavor...BUT IF YOU MIX IT ALL IN THE KITCHEN-AID IT SHOULD BE THE RIGHT CONSISTENCY
Mix dry and mix wet separately, then together. Cook on griddle about 300 (too hot and they burn but don't cook thru and are hard to flip!)
